HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER?
Please allow 5-9 days (excluding Holidays and weekends) for your order to be processed for shipping.
After receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.

- Successfully placed orders will receive a confirmation e-mail with the order details. If you do not receive a e-mail confirmation please check your spam folder- or contact us at craftycupsboutique@gmail.com for your confirmation.
- If you need any assistant with your order please contact us as soon as possible as craftycupsboutique@gmail.com. WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CHANGE YOUR ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED.
Please review and make sure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order with us. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address you provided. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original refund (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.
Local Pick Up
Local delivery is available for orders within Long Island New York. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you when your order is ready to pick up. Pick up is available only with appointments, there is no need to get out of your vehicle we will bring you your order. Please wear a mask for your safety and our personal safety.
